The Works of Edgar Allan Poe

This is one of Edgar Allan Poe's classic works and his most complete collection of short stories. The stories are presented in the chronological order in which they were published and, according to Julio Cortázar, the tales are classified into different sections or genres, among which horror, supernatural tales, satirical tales, and metaphysics stand out.
Many of the stories are narrated in the first person. For critics, this collection of stories reflects that Poe was an author ahead of his time. Some of the works you will find in this book forged the author's narrative style and allowed him to become one of the fathers of the detective novel.
